Cooking Guide (1-99)
Hey guys this is my first guide, so I thought I would start with a really easy skill... COOKING
Difficulty level: Very Easy
In this guide we're only going to be using fish because well... anything else is just inefficient and rarely used.
Two ways you can approach cooking:
- fish and then cook
- buy fish then cook
Now lets begin!!!!

1-15 shrimp (or raw chicken)
Both shrimp and chicken give 30.0 exp each, and both very easy to attain.
Shrimp: You can buy raw shrimp for 3 gp and sell cooked shrimp for 3 gp.
Or you can fish them at lumbridge swamp or karajma
Chicken: you can buy raw chicken for 76 gp each and sell cooked for 37 gp each. Or you can kill chicken.
From 1 -15 it is going to take 81 shrimp/ chicken. This means you should buy 100-110 shrimp/chicken in case you burn. This will cost you 300-330 gp for shrimp, 7600-8360 gp for chicken

15-65 Trout
Trout gives you 70.0 exp each
You can buy raw trout for 12 gp each and sell cooked trout for 9 gp each, and if you want to fish it will cost you 19 gp per feather.
From 15- 65, it will take you 6386 trout, so you should buy around 6500. This will cost you 78,000 to buy all the raw trout or 123,500 to buy the feathers.
If you sell the trout back (9gp), you will earn back 58,500, meaning you lost 19,500

65-80 Tuna or Lobster
Tuna gives you 100.0 exp each
Lobster give you 120.0 exp each
You can buy raw tuna for 49 gp each and sell cooked tuna for 43 gp each
You can buy raw lobster for 105 gp each and sell cooked lobster for 84 gp each
It will take you 15,367 tuna to get to 80, which means you should buy 15,600 tuna, this will cost you 764,400 gp. If you sell the tuna back you will get 670,800 gp, which is a loss of 93600.
It will take 12,806 lobster to get to 80, which mean you should buy 13,000 lobster, this will cost you 1,365,000 gp. If you sell the tuna back you will get 1,092,000, which is a loss of 273,000.

80-99 Swordfish or Lobster
Lobster give you 120.0 exp each
Swordfish give you 140.0 exp each
You can buy raw lobster for 105 gp each and sell cooked lobster for 84 gp each
You can buy raw swordfish for 175 gp each and sell them for 143 gp each
It will take you 92,070 lobsters to get to 99, which means you should buy 92,500 lobster, this will cost you 9,712,500 gp. If you sell the lobster back you will get 7,773,880 gp, which is a loss of 1,978,620
It will take you 78, 917 swordfish to get to 99, which means you should buy 79,000 swordfish, this will cost you 13,825,000 gp. If you sell the swordfish back, you will get 11,060,000 gp back, which is a loss of 2,765,000 gp

Final tips:
-Use al-kaired range or cooking guild for fastest rate of experience.
- fires have a greater chance of burning food than ranges.
- fishing then cooking will provide you with the most profitable plus you can get a great fishing level.
- fastest way is to just buy the fish
