WTF happened with Equip ....

I got problem with equipment , yesterday i buy snipe , backpack and other stuff . Today when i log on i got message your snipe ( and all other stuff ) was removed so i create another account and i got the same... for faq sake can some 1 tell my why this fucking nexon remove my items ?
