EXE that creates EXE

I need a VB2008 code that makes an EXE file using the code I provide.

Any way to do this?

im not talking about its easy or hard
im talking about is it possiblie or impossible

so its %100 possible
but not easy as u said
and i think its easier then compiling code with mscvr.dll :P

Let me search on some of my hard disc's I am sure i have somewhere a few source code's of compilers in vb.net
