D3D hook for crossfire

Hello guys.
I have coded d3d hacks and mem hacks for other games (Warrock, etc) and i have my own base and menu. I wanted to start hacking crossfire but my problem is i cant hook crossfire. Can anyone tell a working hook (no source just gimme a name or an idea) for cf because it even detects my midfunction hook. Thanks
