NOt about D/C, I get an error code before I even start

i tried to start up the game this morning and got this popup message.
"Failed to update protection modules!" and some error code. What could be the problem and how might I fix it?
I was playing great last night no problem.

To solve it = Reinstall combat arms and follow Daves instructions...

I just figured it out. no need to reinstall.
I was moving my Hsheild files to stop D/C last night. Just forgot to move them back to their original folder.
The hack works fine, i already read the instructions to hack.

Problem solved please close.

hmm that doesn't happen to me but i do get the D/C problem . . . i would try and change the name of the hackshield folder back
