Change the resolution. That should help a lot. However i strongly recommend a new computer if you're going to play these games.
Use gamebooster, its a big help
change everything to lowest include brightness and game volume
I suggest you go to buy a new one if you want to play the gamexD
IObit's Gamebooster combined with Tuneup Utilities turbo mode. Then lower your resolution, go into custom settings. turn everything to lowest, trilinear filtering. and set it to DX8 not DX9.

Also use Gameboost on top of gamebooster it'll give about 20% better ouput. You can also try a ram cleaner but that could cause issues.
