is it meant to be blurry??
a good sig would be him running across ontop of a fence to get outta the stronghold that eggman frees him from and a prison lights shines on his(u know..those huge ones that are a big circle?)

It looks okay, but the blurry part s ugly, don't know if you did it on purpose or not, but if it wasn't there it would be a little better.

and i have no clue what your talking about
and yes the render is supposed to be blurry and the sig is supposed to be somewhat basic
