USF is powered by IJJI, NHN USA, Red Duck, and of course DragonFly. Glitches and disconnecting is a technical problem with IJJI/NHN USA. It's something with the patch they released. The fact that NHN USA is using nProtect GameGuard, it's actually hard to penetrate their hackshield unless it's a V.I.P. Hack. Other than that, pubs are usually hard to make. You'll rarely find any hackers in your game. NHN USA doesn't give IJJI the right to IP ban or Mac Address ban due to the fact that it's only fewer and fewer hackers coming in. If Reactor doesn't get the hackers, nProtect will. If not, then there's a reason why NHN USA approved of a Reporting Cheat System while in-game. You are still able to report using replays but the system is for convenience. If you still continue to disconnect, try changing the soldierfront.exe compatibility*(instructions will be posted below) to a older version or a newer version** of windows depending on what it's set to as default. I.E.; Windows 7 - Use Windows Vista SP 2. Windows Vista SP2 - Windows Vista SP1/Windows XP.
If you are running a Windows 7 format and your Game Guard loads slow, check your compatibility. If it's set to Windows XP, change the compatibility to Windows Vista SP2.
This usually works if you randomly disconnect or if the game starts to get unstable. If nProtect loads slowly(the pop-up on the bottom right corner), do the same compatibility changes.***
*My instructions are only for windows. If you are running Linux or a MAC, try the compatibility, if it doesn't work, I'm sorry, I can't do anything for you. You just have to wait for a maintenance.
**Best results usually occur if you have the compatibility changed to the Windows Version 1 below. I.E.; Windows 7 - Change to Windows Vista SP2.
***Compatibility changes for nProtect or any other Game Guards for different games/corporations must have the same compatibility change as the client. I.E.; soldierfront.exe - Compatibility changed to Windows Vista SP2 = nProtect -Compatibility changed to Windows Vista SP2. Both must be the same to function correctly.

Instructions on how to change any Compatibility Options
Step 1)Open the Program Compatibility Wizard by clicking the Start button of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Use an older program with this version of Windows.
Step 2)Follow the instructions in the wizard.
If you cannot install a program, insert the installation disc for the program and, using the wizard, browse to the program's setup file, usually called Setup.exe, Install.exe, or something similar. The wizard is not designed to work on programs that have an .msi file name extension.
To change compatibility settings manually for a program, right-click the icon for the program, click Properties, and then click the Compatibility tab.

setting if you know the program is designed for (or worked in) a specific
previous version of Windows.
[Run in 256 colors]

to use fewer colors.
[Run in 640 × 480 screen resolution]

[Disable visual themes]

with the menus or buttons on the title bar of the program.
[Disable desktop composition]

setting if window movement appears erratic or you notice other display problems.
[Disable display scaling on high DPI settings]

Try this setting if large-scale fonts are interfering with the appearance of
the program. For more information, see Make the text on your screen larger or

privileges to run properly. If you are not currently logged on as
an administrator, this option is not available.
