Texture modification is allowed provided you are not giving yourself an advantage. For example, custom weapons camouflage or coloring physical map features (such as crates) is perfectly fine. On the other hand, painting your enemies bright green and making explosives purple gives an obvious advantage and if caught will result in a permanent ban.
