Yeah, some more info about your server and some pictures and you're probably having a noobish server with not many people cause you make them mod even if you don't know if you can trust them.

i just started the server and it has still 0 people but i will invite some frends soon :P and people will get mod becouse i need 1 mod and some admins .....

You still need to do better advertising by giving us more info..
Revision, pictures, etc.

If this is a webclient and you therefore can't upload the client itself, you should ask any of the Runescape minions or higher staff permission to add a link to your webclient.

Also, the webclient doesn't seem to work.
