Fucking Bullshit

K this is bullshit. My internet speed is supposed to be 5MBps which is high speed, I have a 54mbps router and an 11mbps reciever, my router and modem are down stairs, about 20-30 feet away. My internet speed is "supposedly" faster than what I had before where I could download at almost 400-550kbps, I have download rates of like 100kbps...then check out this bullshit



Anyone know what I can do to speed up my internet without bitching out the isp? i tried, they sent a technician over, he fixed my dc from the modem, but not from the router, so i also dc from the isp every hour or so. This is pathetic.
