Guide for your computers safety. {read}

I've noticed a recent rise in viruses disguised as hacks, so here are a couple things to ask yourself before downloading and running a program.









1) The Posters reputation.
Look at the users post count. Users with low post counts tend to be frauds, well more like 99.99% of them.

Look at his/her spelling, grammar, etc... Do you really thing someone who can't spell on an average level can really code a fully functional hack?



2) The hack
Most frauds tend to use outrageous hacks to catch your attention. Do you really think they will discover a new hack before Dave, or any other site's coders? They are the best at what they do, I doubt 'TheHackMaker' will discover some super duper one hit kill hack.



3) File Size
Take a look at the file size. Most Vip hacks don't even surpass a megabyte (mb). If the file size is 15mb, ask yourself if it's really worth the risk.



4) Virus Scans
Not 100% of viruses are going to get picked up by Anti-Virus. Nothing is perfect. Don't rely on a virus scan.



5) Be patient
Wait for a couple people to reply. Maybe someone will be the dumb ass before you. Instead of putting your own computer at risk, wait for someone else.

As you can see in the example above. The user, with 4 posts, states that he has created a temporary public hack. If "SuperGun" doesn't sound suspicious enough, the file size was 15mb.




Conclusion:
Just use your common sense, it was given to you for a reason.
Combat Arms is just a game.
Viruses are serious.You can put anyone who uses your computer at risk, just because you wanted to get an advantage on someone in a game.

I guarantee you won't be owning anyone when your living on the street because your moms bank account got keylogged.

Nice, it helps lots of ppl who r really safe about their computers. I have goten this really REALLY bad virus from this fucking choob. It was a big trojen, back door virus. Virus scan doesn't even detect, i have 360 norton. My old pc's operating system broke down b.c of it and lost everything. Fuck those choobs. Nv EVER trust a choob in ur life.

Ya there was a posting yesterday> That said Hack update. Ya I wasnt thinking and downloaded it. And It deleted my hard drive. So I did a restore. Worked long enough to recover my information. And I downloaded and installed windows 7. Combat arms doesn't work yet on 7. Though id let ya know.
