Well. I attached all the D3dx9 .dll files. Go to C:\Windows\System 32 and scroll down to the D3Dx9 part of the folder. With the dll's I gave you, try and see if your missing one of the files in your system 32 folder. Look carefully.
Check for any pending updates for Direct X9.
Also, does this error occur with just Cross Fire, or does it occur with more games? If its only from Cross Fire, something could be wrong with your graphic card(maybe.)
