hello i got WIN 7 32 BIT and i installed combat arms when i enter a room i can only move forward and shot , when i go to options every time all the controls is
N/A and i set them after i click OK then i again enter a game and it reset me every time! what to do pls

Probably using a hack with speed that's totally wrong coded.
Try to play without hacks?
If that wont work, how about a reinstall of the game.
