Will the GM's actually ban?

Dear players,

We held a maintenance on September 15 to apply a fix for an issue involving the Dimensional Rabbit, a special NPC that appears at the end of the Abyss dungeons.

Please be aware that while we do not tolerate abuse of any kind, we understand that the game is still in an early state. Therefore we will be applying disciplinary action to those who took advantage of this issue on a case by case basis, depending upon the severity of the abuse. Extreme abuse may result in users either being permanently banned or having their Dragon Nest account inventories wiped clean. Minor participation will be subject to leniency.

All players are encouraged to help maintain the spirit of the game by reporting any unusual behavior through the Customer Support ticketing system.

Empty threat? or actual attempt at catching exploiters? What do you think?
Also, is there any possible way that the GM's can actually track EVERY single character?

They have might have logs. I believe it's a real threat.

I have no doubt they would and will ban exploiters but seriously if Desmodeus means they are going to gather rabbit abuse reports from the ticket system. LOL. Then, you won't have to worry about your "case" coming to light until the cap is 50 here. So, probably 3 years. It takes them anywhere from 5-7months to even respond to your ticket.

it would be interesting to see.. if they will do charge back for NX
