Just wondering, why are weapon binders so rare, and if they do come up they are broken?

Also, what happened to anti kick? I used to see them quite a lot around 2yrs ago.

Weapon Binder is VIP and I have an AWESOME idea to make it have damage
Antikick is patched because it used to be client-sided, which means ->WE<- could edit it, but now its server-sided so we cant edit it.

hopefully if I release some good hacks, I will be chosen for official Wr coder. Then maybe, they will bring VIP when i get better. AeroMan and R3dline WERE VIP coders and trust me, they are TALENTED.
