Get banned by not Hacking :(
My Main Account get banned by not hacking. i logged in and then i try to enter a server and got a message that i cant enter the server. i startet crossfire again and logged in and now get this message:

Delete your CF folder and install it again
There must be a detected by pass or something similar

Send them a support ticket, ask them why were you banned, etc. Also make sure your support ticket has proper grammar, spelling, etc. They sometimes are picky on this stuff. Explain your reasoning throughout and make sure your statement is reasonable.
It happened to some players these days, check if you don't have any third-party programs' process running in your computer, if you have one, be sure to close and delete it. Or else if isn't what I have said now, contact their support.

I did it when my account got banned for no apparent reason, they apologized and unbanned.
Send a support ticket or wait out your ban.
