Fps config?

I know there has been heaps of configs that have been posted but i wanted to know which config is the best for fps no matter the quality. right now on rust i run at average of 60fps and on a big map like wasteland i run at 30fps. all help appreciated.

hmmm quality doesnt matter? set r_fullbright to 1 and will gain you about 20 fps
