Using hacks is permanent hardware ban?

First of all, please don't post these threads on the forums, our Terms of Use prohibits libel. Naming another player as a hacker is libel, since only SG Interactive staff are qualified to make that determination. If you were to accuse a player of being a hacker, their reputation would suffer whether or not the accusation was true, so we don't allow it at all.

Instead, please send whatever reports you may have to us via 1:1 Support, so that we can be sure to see it and investigate it.

Now, during the Closed Beta Test, our focus is going to be on technical issues predominantly. With that being said, our position on unapproved third-party applications (hacking) is that once we've identified an account to have used hacks, that account is permanently removed from all services and restricted from opening new accounts. There are no warnings for hackers. We don't negotiate with terrorists. Have a nice day.
