Still Banned...

It's almost been a month and I still have yet to receive a reply from Nexon.

Only took me like a week to get unbanned, and I only bought NX like 3-4 times, $20.
It could be based on the ticket you sent, try not to sound like a retard in it.

I just asked them why I was banned. If they say it had to do with hacking, I'll be like,

Just say something like this:

My account was recently banned for breaking the terms of service. I'm contacting 1:1 support to try and appeal my ban. I'm a paying customer of your game, and would like to continue playing if you give me another chance. I know hacking was wrong, but I just wanted to try and gain an advantage over other players because I'm not so good. I promise I will follow the TOS and abide by the rules and guidelines of you consider giving me another chance. Sorry for any harm I caused to you or your players.
