This is what I recommend. Get a prepaid American Express Giftcard, call the number on the back and get it activated for the internet (by choosing the option to talk to a person and telling him you want to activate your card for online purchases). Then you can use it with AlertPay.

Just buy a prepaid mastercard or visa card, you can find them anywhere
