I need help with Visual Studios/Basic

Maybe there was an read or write Error. Try to open the Source Files for the Projects with an Editor.
If there is nothing inside then your code is gone

That doesn't tell me why i can't see my Project save

Because copy/pasting a 50 line program is harder than spending days trying to see if the cache was saved somewhere..

you said...you don't open in the debug folder...you open the .vbproject file
like for me...to open my MW3 HACK i'm working on right now(Comming soon)
i'd open this 'C:\Users\Robert\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\MW3 HACK\MW3 HACK\MW3 HACK.vbproj'

For me its C:\Users\Admin\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\WindowsApplication4 there you got a map and thereunder is your MSVS solution?

FIrst of all, he/she might have forgot to save the project.
Else just go to your documents. Visual Basic 2010 -> Projects -> Your Project Name -> A solution file. Open that one and you are fine.

Can't find your project name?
-Then you didn't save it. Or you saved it on another location.

Try to search in your start menu.
-Press start and type in your project name. (Wait and see if it appears.)
_If you haven't created so many other projects simply try to search for form1. (And wait for the list to appear and see if the location of the file is right.)
