Hi. How to i mod the server tool from steam so i fx get 100000xp if i kill one?

i have installed this but ever if i want to kill someone, the game broke and kicked me from game.... Who can help me?

If first you go to: C :/ Program Files / Steam / SteamApps / common / call of duty modern warfare 3/players2/config_mp.cfg

Then you set the bottom of this as well:

Then turn it on!
Then you start a game
Tip: Download a Name-Faker
And make sure you are hosting! (Download a server host tool)
Then put your score limit to 0!
And then succeed!
