help plz its so important

my account is staff sergeant and i accidently forgot its email and security answer and i rly cant remembeer them wats the solution i am afraid i could be hacked i wont be able to reteive it back wat shold i do??

contact z8Games (write a support ticket)

You should contact them via a Support ticket. They will ask you for some information like Transaction IDs, the IP you registered the account and your first password

can u plz give me the link to the support ticket and how to make one becuz its the first time to me to use a support ticket and thus wen i wanted to..they wanted me to make he support ticket in the account adminstration and they asked for the security as a recommended field and for the email as the same..so please really help me i am in need of it..

Use the Z8Games Support.

Alright... A step by step tutorial.

First you need to create a new account - not permanently, just create a new account for doing this.

After you have confirmed your email, and logged onto your account, go to this link: Z8Games - Support

Next on that page, you should get this:

Next, in the "Game Related" box select "Account".

Next in "Category" select Account Administration.

Now from there you'll need to fill out the form, and check out the box of what you want to request Z8Games.

In this case you want your Registered E-Mail and to change Security Question and Answer. Fill out the form it gives you. Give as much details as possible.

i guess this may help me ..thnx for all in advanced/..but its not solved yet btw

Well from here on out you need to rely on a support ticket that I showed you how to submit. That's basically the only particular way of recovering your account...

the email and old SQ are required so i dun think u can get ur acc back..
