Combat Arms VIP Payment Question and General Question

First of all, I was wondering if it would be a good time to get CA VIP right now? I mean is Nexon on the brink of patching it? I don't want to waste my money on nothing. Second of all, I was wondering if I could do a special payment? I am on a website where you earn money for doing offers, and you can send this money to a paypal account, but it has no "Return Address" so if I did do this, you wouldn't know who it was if I payed for VIP in this way. I was wondering if I could send it to the MPGH VIP Paypal email, and you would know to give it to me? All it does is ask me the PP account and how much money - no messaging option.
