TeknoMW3 server ban

So I got banned from a server. How can I unban myself? I tried to change the IP and the name, even the TeknoMW3 ID on teknomw3.ini but no effect. I'm still banned. Anyone help?

But it has nothing to do with Steam. It's TeknoMW3 I'm not using steam
