Download the file from the link I gave you. The file I gave you is called a torrent. To download torrents you need a torrent-downloading program. The program is called Utorrent.

This is the utorrent downloading program uTorrent - Download

After you install Utorrent open it and press start in the left hand corner. Click add torrent. Find where you downloaded the first link I gave you and click it. It will start downloading. When it is finished go to your downloads folder located in your documents folder. It should be in there. Press it and there you go.

And you have to learn C++ coding before you try to learn how to hack. Just start with this.
