i found solution! (FOR WIN XP)
Click on patcher_cf right click, and properties,and go to compatibility and select run this program...... select win NT 4.0 (SP5)

Shouldn't you give credits to z8 forums? Unless I didn't see credits here.
Because this idea was their solution in the forums prior to 2 days ago. Doesn't work for me though tried it already before this thread was created.
