Ok So guys....
Before I'm gonna put up that post I just wanted to say:
DONT CALL ME A FUCKING CHOOB IF IT'S AIN'T WORKING FOR YOU!!
IT IS WORKING ON MY COMPUTER!
I GOT NO IDEA HOW BUT IT WORKS!!
OK , So first of all u need the team speak 1.4:
Download it and put the d3dx9_33.dll in to combatarms EU.
**********: Easy Filehosting
Now Put in the Local Disk (/:C , /
, /:E or where ever it wont be xD) where the Combat eu is The MenuConfig.ini file.
Start the Teamspeak and it should work!
Again if it's not working or failed !

BTW U MUST TURN OF UR ANTI VIRUS.
IT THINKS ITS A VIRUS.
IM SORRY I CANT MAKE VIRUS SCAN BUT ITS WITHOUT VIRUS 100% TRUST ME.
