So I'm looking for a voting method that can keep voting for a runescape private server. I have a proxy already called tor that hides the ip but when I vote it gives me the "Sorry but you have port 80 open, this is to stop voting by proxy address." Damn port 80 
so if anybody has an methods that can possibly get around this, please suggest them and remember not to post external links (mpgh rules). I can google

I'd like to see if I can find the way he was talking about. If he knew it, chances are more people would know it.
Edit: If there was a proxy that didn't use port 80, it might work but after trying to change my ip to a non port 80, google chrome wouldn't connect to any websites. :/

alright guys
a little tip for you
try changing ip simply and change mac address
or
use a diffrent proxy on mozilla or smth.
or
put private browsing on
not sure if it works but worth a try
some guy sold the method a long time ago on ***** forums so im pretty sure something works.

Some things I have tested:
[X] Turn private browsing on Google Chrome
[X] Use a Proxy Browser (tor browser)
[X] Use a proxy website to redirect to the voting site
[X] Change Lan Settings to use a proxy to access the internet
[X] Change Firefox settings to use a proxy to access the internet
[X] Block port 80 through router settings

Tried a vps and vpn both dont work get port 80 also
Just use Easy Hide IP
Simple interface + 3/4 of the servers that you get redirected thru have no proxy port 80!
Has about 125 ip's on the free version and you can keep resetting that using regedit.

ok i tried this on 1 voting site and it worked O.o I'm really surprised actually O.o so i think thats my solution if it works a couple more times I'm calling this thread closed
EASY HIDE IP IS THE BEST PROXY TO USE TO VOTE! EVERYBODY THANK @nbness FOR HIS HEPL IN THIS THREAD!
