Combat Arms 'White Screen' Installer

Right so i quit Combat Arms a long time ago, and one day i was feeling bored so i decided to install CA again. After downloading 1.5GB of Nexon's crap i ran the installer and got this crappy old 'white screen'

Go to your control panel

Nope still nothing, Disabled Firewall and anti-virus, Still got this crappy white screen.
Any more suggestions?

well if its still installing you dont have to worry about the graphics. well thats what i recon.

It doesn't install it just stays white the whole time, i left it overnight last night and still nothing.

Might be a Windows Registry error. Run Ccleaner. and see if that does it.

idk man Reformat ur computer and reload windows.

Redownload the installer.

I done that a numerous amount of times, Still nothing.
And regarding reformatting me PC, to be honest, I'm not willing to reformat my PC again for a crappy game like Combat Arms. Nexon Fail.

If you're not willing to reformat for CA, then move on to a different FTP FPS? Maybe Blacklight?
