PlayStation 3 Invincibility On Cod 4

Guys, i was playing yesterday on my ps3 on cod4 i was playing domination and the game was in shipment, and I was owning then I came across this guy and i kept shooting him and he never died, it was like invincibility and he went 45-0 because he never died he just kept knifing people and without dieng

Does any body have an idea of how he did it.


and when i sent him a message he said "are you impressed"

i never knew cod4 section included ps3...
