CFREZ.EXE [SIMPLE TUTORIAL]

I am releasing this tutorial because i get so many people asking how to use it, saying when they run cfrez.exe it don't work

1. Extract cfrex.exe and place into a folder named "CFREZ"
2. Open Note Pad, Save it as RezExtractor.bat
3. Open Note Pad again, Save it as Rezmaker.bat

Now right click on RezExtractor.bat and select edit and use this:

cfrez xv RF100.REZ RF100

Press CTRL+S and close notepad.


Now right click on Rezmaker.bat and select edit and use this:

cfrez cv RF(URNUMBER).REZ RF(URFOLDERNAME)

Press CTRL+S and close notepad.


Now find a Rez file from crossfire/rez you want to edit, C&P it into The folder "CFREZ" make sure RezExtractor has right name and detail's, double left click on RezExtractor and wait. Once you have finished editing the file, Check that RezMaker has the right details and double left click to make folder back to a REZ.

COLOR LEGEND

RezExtractor

cfrez: This call's cfrez.exe to work
xv: "X" means Extract "v" means View
RF100.REZ: This is the Name of the REZ file you want to Extract
RF100: This is The name you want the folder to be called

Rez Maker

cfrez: This call's cfrez.exe to work
cv: "C" means Copy "v" means View
RF(URNUMBER).REZ: This what The REZ name will be Once you run it
RF(URFOLDERNAME): This what your folder name is

Cuz i get an error

"cfrez.exe is not a valid win32 application"

cfrez.exe is exstractig good change rez file to folder file so i can see were everything is! but now how to i change the folder file back to rez file so i can inject back in to the game.all i did was swap gun sites.yours truly Sparrow
