URGENT! HELP

I went to whatsmyip.org and ipchicken.com, they both give me the same IP so I pu tit in the server prop files and when I run the server it says:

Can anyone please help me?! Really urgent!

You do not need to put your ip in serverprop.txt you leave it blank so people can connect.Leave it blank,run it and open mc.then click direct connect and type "localhost" and connect

How will my friends join my server then?

If you have portforwarded just give them your ip and they should be able to connect.
Serverip in the prop files makes it so you want a certain ip to connect leaving it blanks lets all ips connect to your server
