Tribunal bot [EUW and EUNE]

Hey, i'm UniveX and I've coded a bot for voting on tribunal.

Why should i use this?
Well,if you wanna get IP for nothing(about 6,7k per month) its good choice

Functions:
Start with windows and starts automatically in tray.
Voting randomly for punish/pardon.
Undetectable, using IE as browser.
Stealth, will not disturb you while your work.

One problem...
VirusScans keep saying that there is some virus called 'Gen:Heur.MSIL.Krypt.4' don't know whats that, I did not put any virus here, but, its possible that oyu will not trust, you don't have to use it.

It does not start with windows, if you don't set it to start.

If you know Tribunal, this logs in your tribunal, and starts voting for PUNISH/PARDON, this awards your account with IP(Influence Points) for doing nothing.

If you don't know whats tribunal.. Tribunal is system, where players vote for ban or not ban for reported players, you can do 15 solutions per day.

PLEASE not that you will win only 75 pi and for what ? for fucking noob in game dont get banned ? you're not tired to play with afker leaver ?
you will just ruin the community even more !

Eh, its not error of tool, yes, I think you have to be 20+, and the message with Tribunal is not available means that Tribunal is building more cases, its not problem in my tool, but on riot side.

Add for NA please
