Here are the steps:

Run regedit
Go to \HKEY_LOCAL\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\
Right click EagleNT
Select Permission.
Click Add.
Click Advanced.
Click Find Now.
Select Everyone
Click OK.
Set Permission for "Everyone".
Select Deny for Full Control
Click OK
Restart computer
You are done

Now you can download Cheat Engine, and start scanning.

I dont have "EagleNT" i have "EagleX64"
