And i want your help plz !
Can someone tell me what dll or what console to download ? What programs i need to use those hacks ?!

Nope. You have to wait or program them yourself.

AFAIK, this specific section of the MPGH does not allow "private donator" or else "VIP" hacks. You may find some members here who program VIP hacks for Vindictus but MPGH is not affiliated with private sales if they are not site official.
