Global Ban #7c1f?

I have been banned twice under this global ban and the second time I used no hacks on a new key. What is this ban? Help

#7c1f is part of your CD key. Its just a global ban. nothing special. Go complain to whoever sold you the CD key if you really didn't use any hacks.

Also, use search next time. a billion people have asked this.

Try reinstall the game. It worked for me, when I was banned some days ago.

I am now unbanned my cd key was somehow changed back to the original.

Dafuq? That just does not happen.

Did you replace the keys, and then updated? Because that would have set your old key in place.
