Need help with macro

I've just downloaded a working macro, but this is my first time i use it so, can someone tell me how many click per millisecond should i put for para? Thnx u all

It really depends on what you're going for. Just keep tweaking the values and testing them out until you get the value you like the most.

But i don't know how a macro works, so i'm asking for a standard value that will help me with SA58 Para (hope you can help me)

Higher values usually mean a more suppressed push. You need to start off at a small 1-5 ms, then go in-game and spray at a wall. If it doesn't do anything for you then increase the value. If it pushes your muzzle down TOO much then you need to decrease the value.
