Stuck on loading screen

sadly, the game wont let me load in a client or website.

Which further supports my idea.

I can't use the website but can use the client. It is stuck on the loading screen before I even sign-in on the website.

I don't think that is a ban as I didn't transfer any of the items.

I think I've determined how to check if you are banned. If you can sign into the account you aren't banned and if you can't sign in at the sign in screen and you get the try again reloading then you are banned. Not being able to sign on website with legit account must just be because one of my hacked accounts is automatically signed in and therefore I can't play on the website.

Try muledump, if your account is banned you will get an error message saying 'Account under maintenance'

That's just a hexed client, no different to what i'm already using.

Muledump confirms what I thought. My mule with all unreleased is banned while my main is fine.

Like I said, I can still log in to my main via the website/steam/ or kongregate.
