Problem with mouse-click activated hacks

every time ive used hacks that involved clicking into the activation in game...obviously i dont have a mouse symbol just my crosshair...so anyway i would activate them before i join the game and such...some work what ive noticed is chams never work ummm player names and hp bars ect ect....ive had other hacks that use the arrow keys to activate them and ive seen that it only works in game activation for those few specific hacks and i cant use my mouse to click in game soooo im stumped help plz rep n thanks to can help
