So I want to make my own hacks .. start from the simple stuff..
Any languages I need to learn ?
Or ... Cheat Engine ? ... ?

Can't use Cheat Engine. Go for C++.

Simple stuff would be Visual Basics then going the way up to C++

buy the C+/C++ Book and learn it.
