Looking for someone that can remove paypal limit.

My paypal account got limited and i can't send money anymore.
If you know how to un limit it then contact me and we can work something out.

Just a 'routine check' apparently.
It needs a credit card to be unlimited.

(Note to next person: You need like a unused prepaid credit card or like maybe an aussie one. The name on the CC must be his and cannot be previously used with paypal.)
