Need Help with Hacks and Simple PE Cypher

hey guys well First off i try use Simple PE Cypher to cypher the hack and i get a missing MSVCR 100 i think it is and then i find that in Nexon Combat arms Folder Put it in hack folder and It says " The application was unable to start correctly 0xc000007b Click ok to Close application .. Can Any 1 Help With that And I tryd Not using that and trying SimplyDope v1.6 and No menu Comes Up I Use Masters Injector Start in Secure Scramble and Everything Even Tryed Portal And I Press Ins In game Or Login screen And No Menu ... Can Any 1 Help please Been Posting For Help For days Now ..
