im not sure but the super old 3-x-i hacks ran in windowed mode waaayyy after they got patched...try it?

I got that issue when I launched combat arms from the original place in Nexon Folder, try the shortcut.

what part of the tut makes it window mode? The d3d9.dll and the windows 95 right? But I did both and its not working
