Ground troops outdated, stockpiles of AK47, a few new versions, but no new Russian rifle designs vs M4 and all the other fancy weaponry and equipment
Air force is mostly USSR era, the most advanced being T-50 (still working on some stuff), Su-47 (prototype testing scrapped), leaving behind Su-37, Mig-27 and their variants which can be outgunned by F-18s and F-16s (Su-37 might still put up a good fight tho)
+ F-22 would "snipe" most planes and would get the job done as long as the pilots don't have to do insane moves until the mask problem's been fixed
and F-35s should be operational soon
and we have more subs, destroyers, aircraft carrier, and marines and army personnel
etc,etc
