C#/C++/Python Game Hacking

Ok, So i would like to learn how to game Hack. Please Help as much as possible if i get good enough mpgh might hack another hacker

But i need help with the following to Start learning...

1. What's the easiest Programming language to learn to make Game hacks? (Just need the basics to start learning)
2. How would i Start?(like any .pdf files to use)
3.Tips?

UPDATE: I'M LOOKING MORE INTO C++ AND PYTHON (C++ BENEFITS ALOT MORE WAYS THAN JUST GAME HACKING & PYTHON I KNOW ALOT OF)
