Why failed to load flash player ?

Everytime im try to open the le bot there is message failed to load flash player

Can anyone help me solve this problem ?

Get Net Framework 3.5 and 4.0

my le bot can opened now but why the game not loaded ? its only grey page nothing happened they said

-uninstall adobe flash player
-restart your computer
-reinstall flash player

it worked for me. since ive been getting grey/black screen most of the time
