Using Rcon on servers

I was wondering if it is easy to get in trouble using the Rcon of servers.
I got the server Info via a script and I wanna know if you can get in big trouble if you use it.
I've used this to ban other hackers (annoying ones)..

Well you can get in big trouble for doing a kill all can't you? With Rcon though I'm not entirely sure, also would you mind explaining how the RCON works? Like what do you need to do and where can you access the server.

The worst trouble you would get into would be a ban. It's not like they would trace you down and call the cops or anything if that's what you're worried about.

I was just wondering if I could get into legal issues, but like I said..

Yeah, no. Implying the police would give a shit about it they wouldn't even have the evidence to support a case, much less prosecute you.
