First You Need Cheat Engine
and do this steps
1.Start Black Ops 2 Zombies
2.Start Solo Play
3.Start Match
4.Open Cheat Engine
5.Select All Codes
6.Change 1 to 70 or high rounds
7.survive this round
8.You Are Now 70 or High Round

the 5th point: "Select all Codes" which codes?
